About
From a chef's kitchen to an Ayurvedic apothecary
Nourish Veda is a one-person studio in New Prague, Minnesota, built around a simple idea: small daily rituals outperform heroic interventions.

My story
I'm Biju Meethaleveedu. Before Nourish Veda, I cooked professionally in restaurant kitchens, retrained as a massage therapist, and spent years in sales and marketing. All of it was leading somewhere — I just didn't know it then.
Growing up, Ayurveda wasn't a wellness trend or a brand — it was just how my family handled sleep, digestion, stress, and the colds nobody could quite explain. The herbs were in the kitchen. The rituals were part of the day.
Nourish Veda is my attempt to translate that for people who didn't grow up with it: no mysticism, no guilt, no 30-step morning routines. Small, honest daily habits — a tea, a tonic, a quiet five minutes — and classical formulas that have held up for 5,000 years.
Why Nourish Veda
Classical formulas
Every blend follows traditional Ayurvedic ratios. No fillers, no proprietary blends hiding what's inside.
Honest sourcing
Herbs come from growers I can name. If I wouldn't give it to my own family, it doesn't go in the jar.
Rituals, not rules
You don't need to overhaul your life. Pick one small habit, do it for 21 days, and let the next one find you.
